Join us for a spacious day of nourishment in The Orangery, a bright, airy sanctuary just 20 minutes from Nottingham City Centre, where our Yoga & Sound Day Retreats have unfolded since 2023.
Set within a Grade II listed country house and surrounded by magical, peaceful gardens, this unique space becomes your refuge for the day. Morning light filters through the glass roof, softening as the day unfolds and creating a space that feels energising, calming and restorative, regardless of the weather.
This day retreat is a gentle invitation to refill your cup, reconnect with yourself, and step away from the pace of everyday life.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with warm herbal teas before settling into the calm of the Orangery — the perfect setting to begin your journey inward.
We’ll open the day with an uplifting yoga practice that awakens the body, steadies the mind, and reconnects you with your breath. You’ll move, breathe and chant, activating the voice and creating a sense of inner spaciousness and grounded energy. After your morning practice, enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch, time to unwind, and space to share meaningful moments with others who value slowing down and being present.
As the afternoon unfolds, we’ll move into a soothing yin practice, grounding you back into stillness. You’ll then be guided into a healing sound journey, a deeply restful experience designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and open you to inner clarity.
You’ll leave feeling rested, refreshed and reconnected, restored from the inside out, and ready to step back into your week with a softer, steadier sense of self.
