Ember Zones
Ember Grounds
The heart of EMBER — a glowing sauna village with our largest community saunas, roaring fire pits, and central gathering spaces.
Cold plunge pools and contrast therapy zones for guided heat-to-cold transitions. At night, the saunas light up like little furnaces, creating a magical, fiery landscape.
With fire gatherings for drumming, breath ceremonies etc — a communal space charged with ancient ritual energy.
Flow Fields
An open-air or tented space for daily yoga, breathwork, and mobility flows. Start your day with sunrise sessions and unwind with slow, grounding movements at sunset.
Glow House
A cozy lounge tent with herbal teas and rest zones. A gentle invitation to slow down with quiet corners for reading, journaling, or simply being. It’s a retreat within the retreat — your cozy living room for the weekend.
Kindling Grounds
A space for workshops, talks, and deep dives into breathwork, resilience, sauna culture, and community connection.
Location
Chestnut Tree Farm is a sustainable luxury retreat venue nestled amidst woodlands in rural Lincolnshire, UK. Set on a family-run farm, it offers a tranquil environment designed to foster rest and relaxation, with a strong commitment to sustainability and harmony with nature,
The space features purpose-built spaces like the airy Kula Dome, eco-luxe geodesic domes with private bathrooms and log-fired hot tubs, and outdoor areas including meadows and a bamboo area illuminated by twinkling lights.
Why?
After spending a few transformative months in New Zealand, Nicole, the owner of The Soul Space Retreats, was deeply inspired by their booming sauna culture—scenic saunas nestled in stunning natural landscapes, contrast therapy embraced as a way of life, and a sauna festival that unites people through heat, cold, and community.
She fell in love with the power of this practice—combining sauna, ice baths and wellness practices —and saw firsthand how it could shift both body and mind in incredible ways.
Since sauna-hopping her way across NZ, she’s been integrating contrast therapy into her retreats, watching guests deepen their connection to breath, body, and resilience—some experiencing powerful breakthroughs in just an hour.
That inspiration led her to create Ember—a sauna festival dedicated to bringing the world of wellness together, celebrating nature, ritual, and human connection through heat and renewal.

Includes access to all classes, workshops, saunas + ice baths
A special and wonderful experience. For the heat LOVERS. Our sauna master will guide you through a sauna ritual, using leaf whisks and a refreshing salt/coffee scrub to exfoliate. *Doesn’t include access to festival
Bring your own campervan or tent. There is no access to electricity. Access to Friday night fire ceremony to kickstart the festival
Stay in one of 7 geodesic chakra themed domes with private outdoor bathroom, hot water, compost loo and shower. And your very own wood fired hot tub, surrounded by trees and star gaze from your bed. It’s your private escape. Price is for 2 people sharing a dome (Twin or Double bed available)
