The Yoga Shala

The Yoga shala is a newly constructed independent hall offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

It features beautiful hardwood flooring and is bathed in natural light from the surrounding windows.

With excellent climate control, it provides an ideal environment for yoga practice throughout the year.

The shala is equipped with high-quality props; studio mats, blankets, blocks, and belts.

  • 2 hour Dynamic morning practice (Jivamukti, Vinyasa or Rocket)

The hotel chef curates wholesome vegetarian and vegan meals using the very best of local produce—hearty vegetable risottos, comforting soups, and indulgent vegan chocolate mousse among many desserts.

Travel:

Nearest Airport: Athens

Athens airport is 2.5hrs away from the venue. One way airport transfer is included.

We will set up a WhatsApp chat a month before.

  • Meals served at our yoga retreats are typically plant-based, nourishing, and designed to complement the yoga experience, often with a focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients.

    We accommodate dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and others—please inform us of any dietary needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
