7 Day Elements of Feminine Strength Retreat

Faro, Portugal

Where Magic Meets Stillness

Step into a sanctuary where the wild, tender, and powerful energies of nature guide you home to yourself.

In this 7 day retreat, we explore not only the elements of earth, water, fire, and air, but how they live and breathe within your feminine core. Through grounded rituals, embodiment practices, and soulful connection, you are invited to rediscover the many dimensions of your strength… the softness of water, the passion of fire, the clarity of air, the rootedness of earth.

Held in the serene Serra do Caldeirão mountains, this lovingly restored 1898 village offers a rare kind of magic: deep immersion in nature’s stillness while being just 45 minutes from Faro Airport.

Here, the only soundtrack is the whisper of cork trees and the songs of birds. Time stretches. The nervous system softens.

There is nothing to do but return to yourself, to restore, to listen, and to relax the body, mind, and soul.

People practicing yoga or meditation in a spacious room with large windows, wooden ceiling, and a scenic outdoor view in Faro, Portugal.

Rediscover Yourself in Portugal’s Quiet Embrace

This week is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature, community, and your most grounded self. Many women leave feeling not only rested, but uplifted — clearer, softer, stronger, and more at home within.

Why This Retreat Exists

True strength isn’t forceful, it’s intuitive, rooted, fluid, and alive.
Elements of Feminine Strength guides you through the four elements as pathways into your feminine power:

🌱 Earth — rootedness, steadiness, belonging
🌊 Water — softness, intuition, emotional flow
🔥 Fire — passion, creativity, courage
🌬 Air — clarity, truth, breath

This retreat is a journey through nature, ritual, and sisterhood… a space to rest, to be held, to grow, and to return home transformed.

Retreat Reflections

  • Bell Hook said, true love is about fostering the spiritual growth of oneself and others, revealed through acts of care, respect, and responsibility. Nicole and Tilly pour every ounce of love into curating a retreat that speaks to every part of our soul, spirit and body. Every detail is considered. Every action intentional. It’s a gift we can give ourselves grounded in love.

  • The way that I was able to grow within the span of one week is beyond my wildest dreams. I felt myself shifting every single day. I was able to tap into my most confident self and I felt this retreat really encouraged confidence. I felt stronger physically by the end, marveling at how much my body has evolved and how much straighter I’m standing. Thank you.

Retreat Reflections

  • Attending this yoga retreat in Portugal was such a special experience. The location was absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and connect. The yoga itself was of such a high standard and what really made the retreat unforgettable was the group of people I shared it with; such an amazing, supportive, and inspiring bunch. I came away not only stronger in my practice but also with new friendships and a real sense of calm and clarity. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
