As the sun begins to set behind the peaks, we gather for gentle evening practices bathed in golden light. These sessions invite softness — restorative movement, guided breath, and quiet reflection — creating space for everything the day has awakened to settle and integrate.
When night falls, the valley drifts into stillness. The sky opens wide, scattered with a thousand stars, and the air hums with the quiet rhythm of nature. Here, conversations fade into the crackle of the fire, and silence becomes its own form of connection.

Our retreat home rests on the edge of the National Park. From this quiet perch, panoramic views stretch across the valley and snow-dusted peaks. It’s an intimate space of understated luxury, the retreat features rooms across three levels, each with sweeping views of the Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley.

The Kitchen team crafts a vibrant, wholesome menu inspired by the rhythms of the land. Each dish is prepared with fresh organic ingredients gathered from our kitchen gardens and the fertile Ourika Valley, a true celebration of Morocco’s seasonal abundance.
Meals are balanced, colourful, and deeply nourishing, blending the warmth of traditional Moroccan flavours with the lightness of Mediterranean influence and a touch of contemporary artistry. Every meal becomes an experience of connection, to nature, to community, and to the simple joy of beautiful food.
