Arrive: Friday 4th September from 5pm
Depart: Monday 7th September from 10am
A 4 day immersive retreat in the Peak District, created for rest, reconnection and deep nourishment. Through yoga, meditation, restorative rituals and time in nature, this retreat offers space to slow down, soften and return to yourself — held within a beautifully curated countryside sanctuary.
Mornings begin with yoga and meditation in a light-filled space, guiding you into strength, fluidity and inner calm. Practices are spacious and grounding, designed to support both body and nervous system.
Between sessions, you’re invited to follow what feels most nourishing — swim in the indoor pool, walk one of the many Peak District trails, journal overlooking the hills, or simply rest.
Evenings are devoted to restoration and connection, with Yin yoga, sound healing, and time to soak in the hot tub or gather by the fire as the day gently unwinds.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
Absolutely — and most people do!
A huge number of our guests arrive solo, so you won’t be the only person walking in without knowing anyone. We create plenty of natural opportunities to connect through shared meals, yoga, adventures and downtime.
Many guests arrive alone and leave with genuine friendships.
-
Not at all. Our retreats welcome all levels, from beginners (with at least 1 year’s experience) to experienced practitioners and even teachers too!
Classes are thoughtfully taught with different options throughout, so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.
And while yoga is at the heart of our retreats, there’s so much more to the experience.
-
There really isn’t a “retreat age”.
Our groups are usually a lovely mix of ages and stages of life. What connects everyone isn’t age — it’s wanting to travel, practise, slow down, experience something different and meet good people along the way.
-
Expect a mixture of strong, soulful and deeply restful practices.
Mornings often include Jivamukti-inspired yoga, breathwork, meditation, philosophy and mantra. Evenings may include Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation or sound healing.
Every retreat is a little different.
-
Absolutely not. Everything we offer is an invitation.
Come to every practice, skip one for a lie-in, spend the afternoon by the pool, join every adventure or take yourself off with a book.
We create the experience — you choose how much or how little you want to do.
-
The Soul Space Retreats aren't just yoga holidays.
We bring together beautiful destinations, meaningful practices, incredible food, adventure, rest and really good people.
You’ll practise yoga, but you’ll also travel, explore, eat together, laugh, swim, rest and hopefully leave feeling part of something.
For many of our guests, one retreat isn’t the end of it — it’s the beginning of becoming part of a community that meets again somewhere else in the world.
-
Definitely not.
Yoga is at the heart of what we do, but depending on the retreat, you might also experience sound healing, hiking, swimming, sauna, ice baths, workshops, local adventures, incredible food and plenty of time to rest.
We want it to feel like an amazing trip and a retreat.
-
Food is a huge part of the Soul Space experience.
Expect colourful, nourishing, predominantly plant-based meals prepared by our retreat chefs, with menus inspired by the destination wherever possible.
We can accommodate most dietary requirements when we're told in advance.
The Soul Space Retreats are alcohol-free.
We see our retreats as an opportunity to take a few days away from alcohol, feel good in your body and be fully present for the experience.
Think clear-headed mornings, nourishing food, movement, connection, deep rest and enjoying everything the retreat has to offer.
-
Yes — intentionally.
We don’t believe in filling every minute of your day. There’ll be time to swim, read, nap, explore, have a treatment, hang out with the group or simply do absolutely nothing.
It’s your holiday too.
-
Each retreat is slightly different, but accommodation, yoga, the retreat programme, meals and many of the listed experiences are usually included. Flights, travel and some optional activities are generally separate.
You can secure your space with a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance paid later. Instalment options may also be available.
Check the individual retreat page for exact inclusions and payment details.
