Sacred Flow: Yoga, Sound & Kirtan Day Retreat
Cleaver & Wake, Nottingham
Join us for a nourishing day retreat in a light-filled sanctuary at Cleaver & Wake, just moments from Nottingham train station.
Perched on the top floor of a fine dining restaurant overlooking the canal, this beautiful airy space, with its soaring ceilings and tall windows, offers the perfect backdrop for our day of practice.
Whether October graces us with golden sunshine or gentle rain, the atmosphere will hold us in a sense of calm and spaciousness. Together, we’ll replenish the soul with a full day devoted to wellness, healing, and presence.
You’ll leave feeling grounded yet uplifted, your heart open, your mind at peace, and your body deeply restored, carrying the harmony of the day with you long after we close.

When: Sunday 19th October at 10am – 5pm
Where: Cleaver & Wake
1a The Great Northern Cl, Nottingham NG2 3JL
Upon arrival you will be greeted with some light refreshments and invited into the beautiful studio space where we will begin our journey back to our self.
Spend the morning immersed in an energising Jivamukti/Vinyasa yoga practice designed to awaken your body and mind, building both strength and presence through movement, breath and meditation.
After our morning practice, we’ll pause for a nourishing lunch and some spacious time to relax and connect with like-hearted souls.
In the afternoon, we gently shift into stillness with a deeply calming Yin yoga practice, leading into a restorative sound healing journey to bring rest and renewal to body, mind and spirit.
We’ll close our day with an uplifting Kirtan, a heart-opening practice of chanting in community. Join us for a special Kirtan performance with Nicole and friends, a musical experience to leave you feeling joyful, connected, and at peace.
