3 Day Yoga & Sound Weekend Retreat
Frome, Somerset, UK
Step away from the noise of everyday life and come home to your natural rhythm.
Over three days, we’ll move between stillness and motion, sound and silence, expansion and rest. This retreat is an invitation to return to presence, to listen deeply, and to awaken your natural vitality.
Each day offers a gentle rhythm of yoga, sound, ceremony, and time in nature — all designed to restore balance and reconnect you with what truly matters. Morning practices awaken the body and quiet the mind, while evenings invite soft release through sound journeys and restorative movement.
Wander through wild meadows, swim in lake waters, or simply rest by the fire. There are moments for cacao and movement ceremony, woodland sauna sessions, and quiet reflection — each experience grounding you deeper into the beauty and rhythm of the natural world.
This is not about doing more — it’s about remembering how to be. And together, we’ll create a sacred space for renewal — held by the land, guided by sound, and supported by a community of like-hearted souls.
Arrive: Friday 18th September from 3pm
Depart: Sunday 20th September from 1pm
Nestled within 170 acres of rewilded meadows, ancient woodland, and still waters, our retreat setting is a living invitation to slow down and remember your connection with the earth.
Every space here has been consciously restored using natural, locally sourced materials — blending understated luxury with a deep reverence for the land. Solar power, organic linens, and soft natural textures create a sense of harmony and care in every detail.
Each day unfolds gently, balancing deep inner work with spacious time to wander, swim, dream, and simply be.
Our practices will take place in a traditional Mongolian yurt, a circular sanctuary that holds warmth, resonance, and timeless energy. With its wood-burning stove, central heating, and sublime acoustics, it’s a space that feels both grounding and ethereal — perfect for yoga, sound journeys, and ceremony.
Beyond the yurt, you’ll find forest paths, wild swimming waters, and a wood-fired sauna tucked among the trees — elemental spaces that invite you to rest, restore, and reconnect with nature’s rhythm.
This is a place that feels alive — a sacred meeting point between human and wild, where stillness, movement, and sound weave seamlessly together.
